    I’ve been listening to The Morning Benders new EP, Japan Echo, non-stop since it came out. All procedes from the purchases get donated to Japan relief. Star Slinger’s remix of Cold War is by far my favorite song. Star Slinger has been on a roll recently. They took a very original song and turned it into something completely different and amazing.

    This song deserves it’s own post. It makes me super nostalgic because Sandstorm was the first electronic song I really liked. Now it gets womped out amazingly? A Dream. Thank you Vaski.

    Tsunami, the sofware company that made our iPhone app, released another app that plays music from stations managed by blogs and artists.  Anyone can open a station by emailing Tsunami at info@tsunami234.com.  They have some quality blogs and artists signed up already like us, Loggy, Fortune Family, Brenton Duvall, BigGreenBeats, CamelbackMusic, Kap Slap, Split Second and a lot more.  You can check out the app HERE.

    From April 1st through April 30th, Tsunami will be running a competition to see who can create the most popular station.  The award for the artist with the most station requests is $1,000! To compete, send an email to us at SITEOFSOUND@GMAIL.COM with two music samples, a Twitter handle, and a website (Facebook, Myspace, Soundcloud, BandCamp) link.  If your entry is accepted, you’ll become part of the our “team” in the competition and we’re gonna need up to 10 music samples.
